Grupotel Los Principes & Spa, Playa de Muro (Mallorca)

My stay at the hotel was incredible. The rooms were beautiful, very spacious, and extremely clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. However, my room on the first floor at the rear of the building had no sea view and overlooked the kitchen area. The service was lovely, with some minor issues, and the location was amazing for beach lovers. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the facilities were impressive.

I had a great time at the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms overlooking the pool. While the noise from adjacent rooms was a bit bothersome due to thin walls, the family-friendly ambiance was nice. Service was a bit lacking as it seemed rushed and not very welcoming. The location, right on the beautiful beach, was perfect for relaxation, but being surrounded by souvenir shops could be overwhelming. The dining options were varied, but the lack of a view was a downside. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
