Grupotel Los Principes & Spa Playa de Muro , Playa de Muro (Mallorca)

My stay at the hotel was incredible. The rooms were beautiful, very spacious, and extremely clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. However, my room on the first floor at the rear of the building had no sea view and overlooked the kitchen area. The service was lovely, with some minor issues, and the location was amazing for beach lovers. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the facilities were impressive.

Service was a bit lacking as it seemed rushed and not very welcoming.
